"I stayed at this hotel late March / Early April 2026. The staff were attentive and friendly and my room was really big. Breakfast buffet was very well presented and delicious. I was given a lovely drink and treat on check in and was shown around the hotel by a member of staff which was a lovely touch. I would have given a higher rating but there was a really bad smell in my room the first 3 days. We were informed there was a problem with the water so on my last night we had no water from 10pm to 4am the following morning. Water also went off the following morning, so I was unable to shower before check out. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay"

"On the day of check in, we had come back to book for spa, lady at the reception does more than this job..l she takes care of other things as well.. but even after spotting us , she continued doing other stuff for another 5 to 7 mins, which was bit annoying.. breakfast was not as mentioned in the reviews. Glasses were smelling. Overall for the money it cost’s it’s not worthwhile. Even for SPA we needed to pay, I don’t know about other hotel of same price range if they are charging or it’s all included. "

"Dépendance is super hard to access to the spa they make you take your robe out the street and walk with it in the middle of winter instead of welcoming you in the spa with a temporary one. Very strange. Also staff is not friendly for the standing at the reception they are not nice. "

"A bit old and outdated but the breakfast was wonderful. Skip the dinner, for 38 Euros per person, you can find much better food at any other restaurant. "

"Beautiful property. We were in 3rd villa. It means we had to walk thru outside to get to the restaurant and spa. But our room was very clean and comfortable with beautiful view. The area is amazing next to beautiful forrest like park. Very walkable, but walk is up and down, hotel is up on a hill. We were able to walk all over town. Friendly front desk staff, responsive to your requests."
