"This property is more of a basic guesthouse than a full hotel. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. You’re asked to pre‑order the night before, and the offering is just one coffee, one drink, and one filled croissant — fresh and tasty, but quite minimal. For the price we paid (around 120 CAD), I don’t feel the value was there, and you can find better options at this price point."

"Esse hotel é um achado! No meio de um vale, super aconchegante e com uma vista incrivel. O quarto era imenso e o banheiro tinha opção tanto de ducha italiana quanto banheira. O café da manhã é simples, mas você vai encontrar croissants, pães, iogurtes, geleias e frios, além de dos mais variados tipos de café. Localização excelente para quem está numa road trip pela Toscana. Fica a cerca de 10 minutos de Montepulciano e você consegue ficar longe da muvuca turística. "

"Room was immaculate as well as reception area and breakfast room. Breakfast was delicious! All staff were friendly and helpful in answering our questions about navigating around Assisi. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Assisi!"

"La stanza, in realtà un mini appartamento, era molto grande e confortevole. Bellissima cosa il bagno con la finestra. struttura veramente bella. l'unico consiglio (non critica) sul bagno è che sarebbe comodo qualcosa di più ampio per poggiare i propri oggetti. Il piccolo carrello sotto il lavandino non è sufficiente. Il personale gentilissimo, ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione pronta anche prima dell'orario di servizio perchè avevamo necessità di andare via molto presto."

"Hotel accueillant, très propre. Surtout l'accueil d'un propriétaire passionné et attentif. Il est sorti sous la pluie pour nous aider avec les bagages. Thématique des arts partout dans l'hôtel. Une très belle expérience."
