"Fantastic hotel with delightful friendly staff in all departments.
The room was imaculate with good air conditioning even when it was 39 degrees outside. There is free water machines on every floor and they provide tea and nespresso making facilities.
Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Rooms of a good size with desk and tv.
The breakfast was superb with soya options, freshly squeezed orange juice, great pasteries and full english. Staff were very attentive and kept it super tidy.

"An extremely enjoyable 3-days at this Residhome, the check-in staff were lovely (friendly, professional and multilingual) and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. The studio itself was spacious, pristine and comfortable, plus the much appreciated good A/C in 40C. Location was also good, just a 15 minute pleasant walk along the harbour from the train and bus terminals and same into the city centre and Château. Ticked all my boxes, will certainly use again and recommend!"

Everywhere was spotlessly clean and great amenities. 24 hour access to The Club, with soft drinks and snacks, plus the apreo was lovely and a thoughtful touch. Only one complaint, lighting in bathroom not adequate for either shaving or applying make-up. However wouldn't hesitate to return. We'll done team Okko Nantes!"

"La navette pour l’aéroport est un service payant qu’on peut prendre à partir de l’aéroport et qui arrive à la gare tout près de l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel.
L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. On peut y entrer 2 avec des valises!"

D’ailleurs d’autres avis de personnes l’ayant connu il y a 5 ans, le confirme.
Choquant: moquette de ma chambre sale! Ça ne se voit pas mais passez un chiffon blanc dessus en frottant, il devient noir !!!

Cabine de douche indigne même d’un ibis budget car saleté incrustée, sèche serviette complètement écaillé, j’ai cru à de la saleté au tout début.

"This hotel mas to be one of the best values, in terms of quality of experience for the money, ever. It is in a lovely historic building right on a main plaza and is very central to the historic city center. Beautiful reception and lobby area. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful (and multilingual). The room was typical in size, with a comfortable bed for two and a nice bathroom. Very clean room and facilities. We had some hotter summer days (high 80s to low 90s F, 30-35C)...
