"VIP upgrade from Premium to Junior Suite was excellent. Very spacious suite with separate toilet The restaurant food (schnitzel) was very nice with a Hugo Spritz. Used the 25% discount given as VIP. Breakfast options plenty and well spaced. 5 min walk to Schonbrunn Palace grounds (not front gate) - property is enormous"

"The hotel was very user friendly. The staff was AMAZING. I LOVE that they do Breakfast till 12 p.m. That is a BIG PLUS. No restaurant on premise for lunch or dinner, but they do have pizza and sandwiches available with drinks till 12 am, so no big deal.Many great restaurants within walking distance. The only comment is for me the room was a bit small . Having said that everything in the room was in new to perfect condition. Would stay there again when in Vienna."

"We had a really lovely stay here. Rooms were modern and clean with plenty of room and excellent shower/bathroom. Bar/reception area was nice to relax in at the end of the day and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Good options for eating out nearby for breakfast or dinner and the centre of Vienna is only a short bus ride away (4A or 71E) or you can even walk it in 20 - 25 minutes. We would stay here again."
