We felt very welcome and comfortable upon arriving - Josephine showed us around and set that tone for what would be a fun and comfortable stay. Recommend using the car valet service - it’s a bit pricey but so convenient as you will probably be heading out of town most days. "We had a lovely time staying at Grifone Dolomiti! The hotel is perfect, clean and in good repair. The shuttle ride is easy and quick to the closest lift and ticket sale. There are ski lockers adjacent to the entrance for storing equipment and drying/warming your boots. Fantastic. Many good things can be said about the physical hotel, but the very best, and most important compliments can be for the staff. Everyone friendly, helpful, ready to make your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended."
