Not bad.

As someone already wrote on Expedia, the hot water kept cutting out after about 5 minutes. So, you had to turn off the water for about 3 minutes (while body parts stiffened or retreated into your body) until the hot water came back on. Really annoying. But, fabulous bathroom floors - solid wood, non-slip - never seen anything like it before. The couch in the living room was massively uncomfortable. There was no coffee machine in the kitchen. But, there was a French press. The street level door still doesn't close completely. But, the apt. door locks well. Perhaps, a little too well. Even using the key, you feel like you're picking the lock. The apt. was on the top of a hill, so it was really disappointing after walking up it - there was no view from inside the apartment. Front or back.

Avoid this house (not a hotel)

Water heater for the shower turns off every 5 minutes, so you best take a really quick bath. Constant noise from wind through pipes from bad installation. Bedroom smells like construction materials. Main door to building cannot be closed. Kitchen is missing coffee machine. Little help from management.

jolie nuit à Péso de Régua

l'emplacement fut un peu difficile à trouver car l'adresse n'est pas sur le GPS...mais une fois sur place tout fut très agréable. il y a à coté de l'immeuble une épicerie tenue par un vieux monsieur charmant et parlant français, ainsi qu'un café pour l'éventuel petit déjeuner.
