"We lucked out by picking this hotel to stay in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable it was a quiet place to stay. Good breakfast & coffee! We are so very grateful and thankful for Maxim at the front desk. We speak no french. Our car was in need of an oil change but when we called we got the telephone recording & couldn’t understand a word! We explained to Maxim our predicament & he went above & beyond in calling the dealership. The time didn’t work for us but we were headed to Quebec City & he called the dealership there & arrangements were made. That is service!!"
