"Stated here for 6 days. The atmosphere was great, the food was very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I observed was the place needs a little upgrade more 20th century style."

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"The property is simple great! The rooms all have balconies and very clean. The beautiful crystal clear warm ocean, white sand, delicious food, wonderful staff that always there to help with anything you need, the natural vibe of the place AND the sunset OMG - I loved it! Small, calm resort - I’ve been to several all-inclusive resorts on the island, I definitely prefer Cocolapalm. Already planning my next trip there."

"The problem with this property, sadly, is out of their control. Loud music from a nearby business plays from 9:30pm to 5/6am, except Sunday. Even earplugs weren’t sufficient. This alone will stop us from staying at this hotel again. Which is a real shame, as it’s a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially housekeeping and the restaurant workers. "Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone."

They were helpful and the owner came back to make sure that we had everything we needed to hunker down. Every time I come here it feels like a sense of COMMUNITY. I love this place. And anytime I come to Jamaica this is my first choice. I’ll definitely be back sooner than later!"

"Property was beautiful however rooms outdated. Beds were not comfortable at all. Pool was nice. Access to beach was great and a shower to wash off sand was available. They have a bar as well."
