"The best measure to assess quality is not when things are going well, but how a property handles issues when they arise. As we did not have breakfast included, we opted to pay €14 each for the breakfast buffet. On our second morning, we arrived after a rush, to find (after we paid) that most items had not been replenished. The buffet was out of bacon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, bowls and plates, which we did not realize until after we paid. We were told eggs would take 10...
