"To stay here was pretty good. We are attracted by the high ratings and it was more a four out of five rather than anything higher. The location's really good. The stuff are really friendly. The breakfast was chaotic and unorganized. I would still recommend staying here but it's not as good as some of the ratings suggest."

"Absolute gem of a hotel! Wonderful staff that gave us the warmest welcome I received in a hotel for a long time. Good location with a metro station close by and 10-15 minute ride to the city center. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes, towels, and slippers for our visitor to the thermal baths. Overall great stay and fantastic value for money - we will come back the next time we are in Budapest."

"We loved how welcoming the staff was. Upon our arrival, the receptionist received us with Turkish coffee and Turkish delights; that was a super nice touch. We loved our very spacious room which was also nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and with cotton sheets, which we certainly appreciate. The only downside was the bathroom because the shower door needs some sealant at the bottom to avoid water from coming out to the vanity area; but no biggie, we just put an additional towel on...

"Das Hotel war einfach toll. Das Zimmer groß, hell,und absolut sauber. Es wurden jeden Tag zwei Liter Wasser im Kühlschrank in schönen Glasflaschen kostenlos neu aufgefüllt! Frühstück war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Da Personal super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuß gut erreichen oder mit der Straßenbahn . Die Haltestelle liegt direkt vor der Unterkunft. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen."

The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities.
