"What a pleasant surprise! When I realised that the hotel, conveniently located for the Lindor/East bus terminal, was in a shopping mall I feared the worst. But it was great! Staff were all very friendly (with impeccable English), room was very large and I had no issues at all. And of course if you want to go shopping you have two malls on your doorstep!"

"This hotel was fine and had a free breakfast and a pool. However at checkout my friend did not turn in her key card and they said it would be 10 euros. "Rooms clean, bathroom clean but shower curtains doesn't help to stop waters going everywhere in dry areas. Kettle in room with cups but no tea bags and power socket in wrong area in room, I have to move the kettle in bathroom. No power sockets near bed for charging mobile phones. Free water bottle first day in rooms, coffee selection in breakfast is filtered coffee, not proper beanie coffee machine like other hotels, you have to buy one if you want expresso or cappuccino."
