"I had been given an occupied room, and after they changed it, the new room had the AC broken, the door lock wasn’t working properly, and most of the restroom supplies were empty. Overall terrible experience. Highly disappointed"

The folks that were to stay there could not make it the first day. I tried contacting Expedia through customer service and that didn’t go very well.
