"Amazing staff. We got there early so had to pay for early check in. But the staff were able to upgrade us so in the end was a win win. Great view of the city. Approx 10 min walk from a seemingly busy street. Overall a fantastic experience "

Breakfast was good enough to make up different meals, the only limitation is your own mind - within reason, but that can be levied at many hotels. There is a good choice. The shower was excellent, with body wash soap available."

"Excellent, clean, new property with a delicious breakfast buffet, coffee station, and full bar. The room wasn’t particularly spacious, but it was perfect and affordable for one night. It’s a chain and doesn’t have a quirky local hotel vibe, but it does the job for a good nights sleep."

"The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again"

"All in all a really good hotel. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, good signage to the various buildings. Spacious room. Curtains were a bit dirty and depending on who was room maid each day, replacements were hit & miss. Their online reservation system did not properly work when I extended by a night which was a bit of an ordeal. "

"There were so many inconveniences that made the stay not worth it. The elevators were broken for 90% of my stay and I had to have my room changed when I arrived to avoid that conflict. Staff were not as welcoming and I was met with more resistance than anticipated on normal asks or processes. Food was subpar and couldn’t even get room service because my phone was not working. When reaching to front desk in person to get the matter taken care of, nothing was done. I had food that I asked to be taken by housekeeping and it was there for a day while I was away and when I returned I had to place the tray out side to get it removed."
