"The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later….."

"Perfekte Unterkunft um Tiere zu beobachten. Die Tiere kommen ganz nah, die Elefanten trinken aus dem Swimmingpool. Abends kann man nicht alleine vom Haupthaus zu den Zimmern da es keine Zäune o.ä. gibt und die Löwen, Elefanten und Leoparden einem jederzeit begegnen kann."

There are loads of things to do in the area that we were interested in and on site there were walks we could have taken surrounded by nature. "Fantastic size and cleanliness with plenty of supplies (milk, tea, coffee, fruit, cleaning products) provided. Staff would assist with anything uncluding washing up and laundry, so not really "self-catering" if you wish. Note: parys of road can be rough depending on rainfall so I would not use a sedan, but at least a light SUV. "
