Dear Kenneth, We are appreciated your feedback. The noise is from the vehicles and you know in Vietnam people using a lot of horn, especially the bus and the taxi. I am sorry for the noise but my hotel is at the main street so there will be noisy a bit during day time. As your request, we moved you to the room at back to less noisy. We have English speaking reception working only 7:00am to 5:00pm and after that our night reception will not speak English at all but will understand the basic request from the guests. We have all the jeep tour information put on the black board showing at our reception. We are looking for an English speaking reception who can work at night time so we hopefully can reach to our guest's request as quick as possible.
