This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The first time was good. This time however they didn’t have me the room I reserved and paid for. I have to ask to change room to a sea view room. I booked a Deluxe sea view room which in the past was a larger room. They first gave me city view room on the second floor which is smaller and noisy. They then gave me a room on the fifth floor (their highest level) but that room is even smaller than the second floor room. It does have a sea view, but the they are missing face towels and glasses in the room. Don’t think I will go back again. There are other hotels around that area around the same prices.

Hello!First, on behalf of the Hotel, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. Sorry for the same room you stayed at the hotel as before, we still gave you the correct room type you booked and the amount you had to pay. However, the sea view room I gave you said the toilet was small, so the hotel asked for my opinion and changed me to a room with a larger toilet. Please inform me about the above inconvenience.
