I have spoken with them, and they were confused about your booking. Our email staff made a mistake in your reservation which led to the confusion, and we apologize sincerely. As such, they were unaware of the mistake, and thus unclear on how to respond. I apologize for our oversight, and appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us to do a better job.
