However, the resort is around 30 minutes away from the main pier and market area, and each round trip can cost approximately 1800 THB. "Great hotel for a couples honeymoon or families with young kids, away from the busy town. Nice beach and white sand. It was challenging having to take the water taxi every time we needed to got to Tonsai town for restaurants and the tours. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, breakfast was not the greatest but it’s because we are in low season and not many people in the hotel. Overall a good stay."

"Fantastisk hotell!! Et utrolig koselig og sjarmerende hotell. De ansatte er utrolig hyggelig og høflige. Ligger i et rolig, men helt nydelig område på Phi Phi. Vi bodde i en villa med skogsutsikt, men vil si det var med sjøutsikt også. Ingenting å utsette på verken hotell eller personale, kommer gjerne tilbake! 10/10 hotell om du ønsker en rolig og avslappende ferie, men med gode muligheter for å besøke nærliggende øyer. "

"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job.
