"This hotel let me make reservations, then when I arrived told me I wasn’t allowed to rent from them because I had smoked in the room on a previous stay. I don’t smoke. Then they didn’t want to refund my money, and called the police and had me trespassed from the property. It took 3 weeks to finally get a refund. Night staff were rude, couldn’t explain why they took the reservation, and what had been. Damaged supposedly on a previous stay. Trash, is the best thing to say about night staff."

"This hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport with plenty of nearby shopping. I stayed here for a graduation at Ft. Sam Houston, about 13 minutes away. The staff was very polite, and they offer free breakfast and dinner. Parking gets busy at night, but we always found a spot in the garage. The room was basic but clean. There’s so much to do in San Antonio that we didn’t always take advantage of the pool or meals. I would stay here again and recommend it."
