"The desk help was very welcoming and helpful! Staff we encountered did their jobs well. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was priced right with a nice variety of offerings. It is awkward to have the toilet room separate from bathroom (which has no door). Under bed lights were too bright as was an odd clock. It was a miserably hot day, but we had to wait a long time in the parking garage for our car. Overall, we will recommend this Hyatt to our friends."

"The area surrounding the hotel is less than desirable, the area appears to be in the process of being redeveloped but it’s far from getting there. There were no services, groceries, liquor store, restaurants or any kind of stores close. I walked a mile round trip to get coffee in the morning. Speaking of coffee, We stayed 2 nights and they furnished us with one packet of coffee, no creamer and no refill the second day. There were no services of any kind, no fresh towels, no nothing! Also, no...

"The hotel was fine. The reception staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. Our room was very large room but very outdated. Cleanliness was ok… not sure how often it was vacuumed. They couldn’t service the room on one day owing to staff shortages. My biggest problem was the noise from the major road (I-95)…we were in a room on the side and it wasn’t double glazed so heard traffic all the time. Our door also didn’t close properly so it often sounded like someone was knocking on the door....

"I was disappointed by everything at this property after reading extensive positive reviews of the hotel. It truly felt like a bait and switch and I felt ripped off for what I found upon arrival. Given it was already paid for at a very high price, I made do, but to start off with, it was dirty and run down. Perhaps I did not read more carefully, but the presence of a restaurant was appealing to me, but it is not open all day and the only breakfast served was extremely minimal with stale pastries...

"Great stay. The room was a little smaller than expected but very clean. The shower head is large and needed proper cleaning but the shower itself and room were very clean. The staff was mostly helpful especially Tayshaun! The hotel itself is a little dated and they need new carpeting. The rooms have hardwood floors however and those were clean. No noisy neighbors helped! Overall a 9/10."
