"We had a peaceful and wonderful stay here. Room was clean and all staff are friendly, respectful and courteous. One stood out. While checking out, I forgot my purse in the room with my passport, ID and money. The staff ( I forgot to ask his name, as everything in a rush) handed me back my purse, untouched. So grateful, for his honesty. When given a chance, I will definitely pick this hotel again."

"Spacious and clean rooms, excellent customer service. Everyone was eager to please. Kudos to the check in staff, concierge and Cafe astoria esp John Marc. We had the 2 bedroom suite which we enjoyed, gym and buffet breakfast with many options. Loved our room on the 31st floor even though the elevator was a little slow.
