"Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke; was given an adjoining room and could literally hear EVERYTHING next door."

However, the fitness room looks like it has throwaway workout equipment shoved into a room. There are also no blackout curtains. It often seems like the staff mops the floors but doesn't vacuum or sweep them beforehand."

Called the office I said you have a party going on in the back they said I don't have a party going on anywhere and hung up on me. Call back again and they hung up on me again.
