Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
DO NOT BOOK IT AS IT IS A SCAM Both myself and hotels.com CS contacted them many times by email, phone call and WhatsApp, the host would NEVER send the checkin instructions to you. I have scammed and I never get my refund back!
