Room was dirty, safety lock broken, bathroom in terrible shape. Staff couldn’t help at all. Noisy guests at 2:00 am.

Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak
I have been there two other times. It was in a middle of a renovation which was not mentioned while booking and the hotel was dirty. The pool was the best part.
