"This property has seen better days. The room was clean. but the shower area was stained and only marginally clean. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Not having free lobby coffee in the morning was a big turn-off. So was a $5 parking fee. Will not return."

"I have stayed at SpringHill Suites Chandler before and was disappointed that this visit fell far below my previous experiences.
Upon entering our first room, my children noticed the floor was wet. After inspecting it, I discovered the ceiling was leaking. We had to pack our belongings and return to the lobby for a new room.
The front desk employee was pleasant and tried to help, but the key-programming system had stopped working, causing confusion and additional delays. We were escorted to a...

"I was completely unaware of the $15 per day parking fee! It was never disclosed, and if it was, I certainly didn’t see it! Why am I paying for parking when I’m already paying to stay at the hotel? Now, if this were a busy downtown area, I could understand. But a hotel off the freeway? Come on now! That’s just money gouging!
To make matters worse, the property is old, outdated, and definitely in need of some upgrades. For them to charge these room rates AND an additional parking fee is...

The breakfast is okay but no much choices, you dont get a daily room service but can get towel refil if you request, it not bad for me that dont like waste. I dont like the fact that have to pay for parking. They charge per night."

"Just want to say that I believe the man who is the "assistant manager", is doing a fantastic job! We ran out of towels and I was frustrated that our room wasn't cleaned as requested, but he got us towels right away, apologized about the room not being clean yet but explained the house keeping was actually still cleaning rooms (even though it was 3-4pm at this time), and then our room was nicely cleaned when we returned from the pool. I also witnessed the assistant manager helping to clean up,...
