"Absolutely amazing"

"The service is what made this stay amazing. Don’t be put off by the somewhat tired communal areas. The pools are super clean and beautiful, the rooms are lovely and clean and well maintained, the food was fantastic. The spa is fantastic and worth every penny. What really stood out was the amazing staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had a 10/10 stay, shout out to Cam and Loan who couldn’t have done a better job. We had an amazing few days chilling, definitely recommend...

"this so called resort is the most run down place I have ever seen or stayed .the rooms were full of dust the noise from the plumbing is so loud you cant sleep and people doing repairs on other rooms day and night is so bad we checked out 2 days early . the decking around the pool had rotten wood and holes bigger than your feet .brick paving was all broken . food for western people did not exist and only 1 staff member was ok .when checking in you given the key and shown where the steps to your...
