"Good quality rooms"

"Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. Of note are the kind helpful staff which make the stay 5 stars. Spa set up is nice and we enjoyed our 2 massages. Expensive for Vietnam, especially the...

"It was good but I was very disappointed in the buffet breakfast the food was ordinary and the hot food was stone cold. eggs for example would be sitting and be cooked so far in advance of anyone wanting them, bacon was like leather. It was one of the worst buffets breakfasts I have had, Even worse than 3 star hotels I have stayed in. And the fridge should have been called a storage box no chill in it at all."

"I enjoyed my stay, it was very hard to find, it was nice and quiet"

"The buffet"

"I’ve stayed at this gorgeous place many times. It truly is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever visited. The design is impeccable - a perfect fusion of contemporary elements and inspiration drawn from Hue’s imperial and artistic history. It can become very hard to leave the bliss of your room. The beds are dreamy, the bathtub is huge and the views from your balcony are stunning. The landscaping and outdoor areas are particularly well designed. You feel like you’re lost in your own green...

"Staff"

"Amazing experience with the spa, onsen, and water park. We travel in a family of 4 and everyone has a blast while we're there. Will definitely come again someday!"
