Dear Mr. & Mrs. Goodfellow, First of all, we are sorry for your inconvenience. As a new resort, such a pleasure for us to have you as our guests. Surrounded by a lot of travel destinations: Hon Thom Nature Park & cable car, Sao Beach - the most beautiful beach on the island, Snokerling & diving tour with 4 islands at An Thoi harbor, Pearl farm, Pepper farm, traditional Fish sauce factories, Coconut Prison... etc. We wish you could come back someday and enjoy your stay with us again, because we have airport transfer 2-way. After all, we had a direct refund to show our hospitality because you said you did a date mistake on your "non-refundable reservation" & you had to come back to your country. Regards.
