"The pool bar (Baibua & P) service is incredibly attentive; they always anticipate guests' needs before being asked. In addition The receptionist (Takky )was very helpful and solved my issue. Unfortunately, the tiles at the bottom of the pool are uneven, which scratched and cut my toes. Please look into this matter. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay.😄"

They had such friendly staff who were willing to help out with all of our requests, a great pool with direct access to the beach and beautiful views, and wonderful service in cleaning the rooms. "I had here for a night between Hong Kong and Bangkok and it was beautiful. The two pools are amazing plus the staff and environment. If you want night life this is the not the place to stay unless you want to drive 30-45 min. The areas around are peaceful. It’s a bonus that the resort Akoya star lounge with the best view and food is a 5 min walk up the hill or one minute drive. "The property was an excellent option for the serene atmosphere my husband and I were looking for. Staff has the utmost attention to detail. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, the staff provides plenty of meal options for you within their small restaurant, available for all guests. Breakfast is also deliciously made with fresh ingredients every morning, if you choose to opt in, which I recommend."
