"We checked in and checked out the same day. My family and I booked the family suite. There were four of us and one room card was given. Upon going to the room there was water leakage in the hallways, the second sleeping space in the room was in the loft area up the steepest most dangerous stairs I've ever seen, the second bed was just a mattress and it was on the floor, the loft had slanted ceilings making it hard to stand, and the entire room was very hot. "The pool was amazing, and huge! The rooms are so big, and clean with a lovely view of the pool and a beautiful bathroom. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a hike to get to my room each day, but the hotel are happy to take you in a buggy. Also it's quite a hike to the shops but they offer a shuttle or you can rent a push bike. The beach is within 20 meters of the hotel which was amazing."
