We stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, I’m glad it wasn’t longer. The room was not very clean — the bathroom had stains on the tiles and discolored grout on both the walls and floor. The balcony door also did not lock, which was concerning. While nothing happened, it would have been reassuring to know the room was secure.
The staff were friendly but not very responsive. We called the front desk for assistance and were told someone would come within 10–15 minutes, but no one ever showed up.
Another issue was the noise. There’s a mosque located just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. While I completely respect religious practices, the call to prayer was extremely loud and could be clearly heard from inside the room, even with the windows and doors closed. There was about 4 calls I heard that day at various times. The early morning call was before 5 a.m. and was particularly disruptive to sleep.
Additionally, there is only one small elevator, so expect longer wait times if the hotel is busy.
Overall, the staff were pleasant, but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and noise made for a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel.
