The mattress is hard that we can feel the springs during our sleep. This was rectified on our second nite, thankfully. TV reception is not good … not clear, unlike the HD resolution of others.

DONT BOOK HERE!!!! WARNING!!! Called Expedia every other day to see if they could help me get out of this property and they weren’t able to help. I flew over 20 hours to go to Thailand and book this hotel based off of the amenities and photos. Pool is dirty and there is not a rooftop bar. They are using old pictures from six years ago and I have told Expedia that but they still have this property on here. Mattress feels like a boxspring, and if you don’t have a room with the balcony, you’re going to feel like you’re in jail I have so much more I have to say, but I’m over it and may have to deal with it legally.

Katastrof

Oj oj oj. Ni kommer säga upp avtalet med hotellet om jag skriver allt vi var med om. Läget perfekt för oss, mitt i city men ändå tyst och lugnt. Inget varmvatten, AC 4 grader eller 30 grader, fick be om extra madrasser då det var en stålram och 2st 90 sängar så det gick inte att rör sig utan att det gjorde ont. Vi kom helt plötsligt inte in på rummet med kortet första kvällen. Dom skulle fixa det men dom lyckades inte för än 24 timmar senare. Min fru gick in på vårt rum trodde hon den kvällen och där ligger 1 man och 2 kvinnor i sängen. Min fru tror att det är jag och börjar sparka och slår sin väska i mannens ansikte så han slocknar. Kvinnorna tänder och då ser min fru att det inte är jag som ligger avsvimmad i sängen. Jag kommer hem å vårt kort till hotellrummet passar till alla rum på hotellet. Vi låser in oss och lägger oss. På morgonen klagar jag att vi har kort till alla rum. Då säger dom att vi inte ska berätta detta för någon. 4 dygn senare byter dom vår kortläsare på rummet och ger oss ett nytt kort. Så i 5 dygn hade vi tillgång till samtliga rum på hotellet. Undra hur många andra som hade det. Total katastrof enligt mig. Ägarinnan av hotellet pratade illa om sin personal inför oss gäster. Servicen fanns inte om man inte vad om den. Poolen på taket chockklorades på morgon och det är badförbud 8 timmar i chockklorad pool. Dom kan inte driva en sån här anläggning. Borde tas bort från hotels.com. Vi tänkte kräva alla pengar tillbaka men vi gör inte det.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca 400 Meter von der Bangla Road und 1000 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Pool ist sauber mit super Liegen. Leider hatte die Bar am Pool nicht offen. Das Zimmer ist für die Patong Umgebung gut. Leider war der Hotelsafe nicht nutzbar - ein zweiter Hotelsafe wurde eingebaut - man hätte diesen jedoch ohne viel Kraftaufwand aus dem Schrank reißen und mitnehmen können. Die Betten sind extrem hart - für mich aber ok gewesen. Im Badezimmer gab es den ein oder anderen Defekt - welcher jedoch zeitnah behoben wurde. Alles in allem empfehlenswert wenn man nicht auf Luxus steht. Umgebung ist extrem belebt, jedoch ist das Zimmer in eine ruhige Sackgasse gemündet.

Bestilt med balkong, fikk uten. Byttet rom, aircon virket ikke, byttet rom igjen, aircon virket ikke skikkelig, men ble fikset dagen etter. Bitteliten balkongen uten en stol.. Steinharde senger. Elendig wifi. Nesten ikke vann i dusjen. Bassenget på taket var helt brunt, ble bedre etter noen dager, men bassengområdet var helt krise. Møkkete, slitt og absolutt ikke et sted man vil være. Alt i alt er det et hotell du styrer unna. Må passe perfekt for Skåber og Jansen, nærmere null stjerner kommer du ikke. Noen av de ansatte var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme, det bør nevnes.

Tok veldig lang tid og sjekke inn. Ble lovet kl 13. så 14 men fikk ikke rommet føre 15 selv om innsjekk var kl 14. veldig harde senger. Basseng på toppen av hotellet som var veldig møkkete.veldig behjelpelig ansatte. Var greit for tre dager

Excellent with a minor problem

I have stayed at Patong Hemingways for many years now, and I have always found everything about this Hotel to be superb. But on this occasion my room was downgraded but without any discount. Not a huge concern, just a little disappointing, especially when the Hotel was not booked out. I would not hesitate to stay there again, but would hope for a better outcome on getting what you pay for.

The hotel is ideal for the nightlife which is only two minutes walk and for jungceylon centre only a minute more also the location is very quiet for noise.The staff are great and do the most to make the stay A1. Quality towels and bedding changed every day and for the cost i would highly recommend this hotel....

Affordable,clean, great location,good staff

This is my go to hotel in Patong. It is reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and professional. It is walking distance to the Mall and to Walking Street. The wi fi worked really well. Roof top pool is nice. I highly recommend the hotel though I wouldn’t include the breakfast
