Booked the bigger room and can’t fault it other than shower heater doesn’t really give too hot of a water, sink cold water only and internet was painfully slow, some days couldn’t watch anything on tv but for some reason working on my laptop was fine. No connection issues Staff were friendly and loved sharing my over purchase of biscuits and fruits with them. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Royal Phuket City Hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, quiet, and cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also used the hotel spa during our stay. The massage was excellent, very relaxing, and professionally done. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and we would happily stay here again."
