"Amazing location in the heart of Palermo city. It is not a modern hotel but a well kept traditional property - but it does have a lift! Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with working AC. Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. "The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views."

"Breakfast was very good with nice choices , room was reliably clean. Air conditioner did not work well and reception staff had to reset the system more than once . I think hotel has to take further action to fix this problem considering the hotel cost and location . Considering the hot weather, it was difficult at certain moments."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. "We didn’t expect to visit Palermo but since our flight out of Catania was cancelled we booked this last minute and it was perfect. Such a sweet, charming place and very close to the airport. They offer transfers to the airport as well, even at 4am! We were not able to enjoy the free breakfast but it looked lovely. "We had fantastic stay here, we booked for 2 night but only got to stay 1 as our flight got cancelled. But it was lovely stsy, luxury suite is spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms which is perfect for my family. Breakfast was delicious and many options.
