"Clean room, very nice staff. The only negative things is that you have to pay $25 for parking. And the parking is not part of the hotel so you have to walk less than a block down the street to get to the car. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"Cleanliness. High quality breakfast. Friendly helpful staff"

"Great stay - perfect location for what I needed. Staff were fantastic, rooms were just what you need and the restaurant was great! Will stay again."

"the guy there very kindly let us check in early to a clean and well equipped room. We couldn't get the air con to work but it didn't matter as there was a nice breeze blowing through the window and we had the door open as it was very private. We were impressed with the whole self check-in/check-out concept and all the breakfast ready for you in the morning (included in the price). It was situated in a random place in an industrial area but there were eateries nearby and Uber to take you into...

"Restful"

"Nice and clean"

"A unique location to stay with a significant history to Freo. Close to all the great restos, beach, train station, etc. We chose the private room option as older travellers which made for a comfortable stay. Lots of space in the room and on the site. Best part was the wonderful, super friendly and accommodating staff."

"Perfect location and not too far from airport."

"全て良かったです。大満足"

"We had a wonderful stay - the staff were welcoming and informative, the room was beautifully clean, quiet and comfortable Excellent position in freo to walk to everywhere."

"Very convenient to UWA. Excellent breakfast at good price. Great view from river view rooms."

"The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better. No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service. Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. My wife's poached eggs came out hard. Not sure why getting...

"There were no breakfast there"

"I stayed in a superior studio room and it was lovely. Room really clean & smelled nice on arrival. Hotel is in a very central but quiet location. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you."

"Never dealt with the staff as checked in after hours. One of the beds wasn’t made- bedding just left on it. The main bed felt like we rolled in the middle and slipped deeper into the mattress- was not very comfortable. Slept poorly as a result. We have stayed here before and don’t recall having the same problems before. The location is perfect- near to many places especially the airport but far away enough to not be disturbed by flight noise."

"Lovely stay at this hotel. Check in experience was great. Location was great and within walking distance to all major attractions in Fremantle."
