"This is my lovely place to stay one day and relax. Great service ever! They changed my room when I asked a room with balcony. No any questions. And after 10 min manager came to my room with new room keys! Amazing level customer orientation. I love the restaurant inside. All dish are very tasty and serving is wonderful. Also love the territory. It’s big and full of trees and flowers! My recommendation!"

"The Charlie Hotel and our ‘Steve’ room in particular was a great place for us to base ourselves in West Hollywood. It had enough space and all the amenities that you would need. The bed was comfortable, and there was a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Staff that we encountered were very friendly and professional. The only negative was the frankly ridiculous rule that was stuck to the kitchen wall forbidding the cooking or microwaving of fish with the risk of a $250 fine from the...

"Wonderful place to stay half a block from boys town in West Hollywood. Quaint, well appointed, cozy rooms, always welcome us when we stay. The 2nd floor sitting area with patio, coffee, tea juices and bakery items In theam, and wine in the pm is so great. Mini rooftop a 24 hour retreat to sit and overlook the hills. Staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a small boutique place with warm relaxed service."

"Montrose is awesome. The desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The second I pulled up the staff came to get my bags. And I got a free room upgrade! The location is amazing. Its perfect walking distance to the Vanderpump locations and BH, and a short drive to Runyon and the Grove. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The rooms are unique. Comfortable and updated in an Art deco way. The pool is small and more set up to be something to congregate around and socialize. Definitely a younger crowd/influencer type, if that’s your thing. The valet is good, hard to find at first though on arrival. Expensive too, but overnight parking in this area is basically nonexistent so they get to charge as the market allows.The staff was friendly but the checkout person was a bit curt.
