"Bugs and mosquitoes on the wall. Checked in at 1140 before midnight. Sent them a message and changed the room at 230 in the morning. We could not wake up to get breakfast and they called at 11 stating we must leave otherwise pay extra. We explained the whole situation. Anyway we left at 1110. I had other night booked in the hotel on the 24th that of course i cancelled"

"Abbiamo preso una delle stanze con idromassaggio, purtroppo la vasca è singola, (non ci si sta in due 😉) bisogna fare attenzione a non riempirla troppo altrimenti l'acqua va ovunque, la pendenza dove è posata non è sufficente a far andare l'acqua verso il piatto doccia, stessa situazione se si vuole usare la doccia in due, l'acqua allaga la parte dal lato della vasca. È un agriturismo di classe ma con tanti piccoli difetti. Il doccione faceva acqua dappertutto quando si apriva, tra le...

"Alloggio in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, il che garantisce un riposo senza rumore di traffico o altro. Marco e la moglie sono molto cordiali e premurosi nei confronti dei loro ospiti. La stanza era estremamente pulita, fattore che ritengo molto importante quando si dorme lontano da casa. Il letto era comodo e la colazione buona. Parcheggio in strada adiacente all'alloggio. Assolutamente consigliato 👍 "

"Beautiful property, kind, accommodating and welcoming staff and somewhere which all in my family have a desire to return. It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. "The location was what I was looking for - not crowded and close to some nature. It is beautifully nestled in the greens, away from traffic and has great parking. The room and bedding were clean. The beds were not as comfortable as I expected, but not a deal breaker. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Sarah especially was so helpful, responsive and patient. "The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro. When we checked in, we were not told that we needed a reservation to have the breakfast buffet the next morning. The manager was kind enough to serve us a coffee...
