"Loved the beautiful room and the attentive staff, the location is close to the Monticontini Centrale train and the town center . Did not use the pool but the area looked wonderful . FYI they charge a small fee to use pool towels . Breakfast was good , large selection of hot and cold foods."

"Great location, beautiful hotel, delicious restaurant indoor and outdoor, very enjoyable spa with pools."

"Hello, I’m contacting Expedia because I need assistance resolving an issue with my recent reservation. My reservation was for September 24–27 for 2 guests. I arrived at approximately 2:00 AM on September 25 and had an issue with parking/check-in. I asked the staff member where I was supposed to park, but I was not properly assisted. There was an...

"The hotel was great - not a five star but for the price it was excelent value. The old style building and decor were lovely and it felt like an authentice Italian hotel - much better than the often 'faceless' hotel chains. Bellisimo!"

Ontbijt was minimaal."

"The bathroom sink smelled when we opened the water. It was very disgusting washing up. At night we smelled food and sewer in all the bathroom. It needs major renovations"

"Tutto nella normalità, buona colazione"

"Tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo"

"Camera pulita"
