"This is a truly excellent choice for a short-stay in Arezzo. Spacious apartment, tastefully but minimally decorated with a distinctive character that is rarely found in these kind of rentals. Everything you need is there facility-wise, including a washing machine. Location is a modern residential neighbourhood less than 1km southwest of the historic centre so easily walkable, although there is also a local bus stop 150m away. Arezzo railway station is 750m away for easy arrival and departure to the city. The host was very friendly as well as prompt and precise in his communication so no problems at all with check-in. Strong recommendation"

"This is a beautiful historic property. The instructions to get inside were clear though I had a bit of an issue finding the key card slot - it was placed outside the hallway entry which confused me. AC worked and they were reasonably responsive to any requests I made. Allowed me to leave my bags after check out so I could explore more before heading to my next destination."

"Great location! Lovely rooftop terrace. No restaurant option on the property. Continental breakfast available. Bar service sporadic. Our power went out one day, but they were able to quickly fix."

"We had such a wonderful stay in Arezzo. The property was in a great location, just a few steps away from everything. Gianfranco was a great host, he’s easy to communicate with, very attentive, and made sure we’re comfortable. His property was clean, spacious and safe. Breakfast was good :) We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this beautiful city."
