"Overall the hotel was excellent and staff were great. Our first night we didn't have hot water, only warm, but the concierge fixed the issue with the boiler and we had hot water an hour later. We also had issues with the lights/TV turning off in our room constantly, as if the motion sensor didn't recognize we were there. It was a bit annoying.
