"Check in was straight forward with the staff being helpful. Room was large & clean with plenty of storage space. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great with a lot of choice of different Breakfast foods."

"Overall phenomenal hotel. Great breakfast and shuttle service. Only downside was property did not reach out before stay to coordinate shuttle pick up or explain how to get to hotel as it’s difficult roads there. Other than that we loved the place and would definitely go back. "

"The restaurant is awesome. Great breakfast. We loved our stay. Location is walking distance to Pompeii ruins as they are literally across the street. Only downside was some WiFi issues and an AC that was off and on. Some of that was in their control as weather wasn’t very hot outside"

"Overnight stay prior to early morning flight. There is no airport shuttle however there were several guests checking out as early as 3:30 AM in the hotel was calling a cab for each of these guests. Parking was 17 euros and convenient."

"I was disappointed as i booked this place due to it advertising it having a gym on site and air conditioning. I was told the air conditioning would not work for another month. My room was 26 degrees Celsius which was not comfortable for me to sleep. On arrival they told me there was no gym, they offered a pass to a gym about 10 minutes away. When I arrived they required you bring your own towel (the hotel did not tell me this). Also they advertised an airport shuttle. While they did not have...

All the staff from reception , bar , restaurant and parking were all very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s ideally located a short drive from Naples and ideally situated to explore Mt Vesuvius, Pompei , Herculaneum, Sorrento and the Amalfi coast"

"We had the most wonderful 10 days here. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Anna, Fabio and the reception team were brilliant with travel advice and arranging visits to various attractions. Gennaro and the restaurant team had the amazing talent of making you feel like you were the only people they were looking after. So friendly and full of great tips on places to visit. And the food was incredible, so huge compliments to the chef as well. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Wij waren hier met 3 personen in april 2026. Airco werkte nog niet ivm winterseizoen. Na aandringen verplaatst naar een grotere kamer op de begane grond. Deze was qua oppervlakte wel groter maar er was in de kamer een constante piep van een groot apparaat te horen. Slapeloze nachten gehad dus. Inrichting beetje vergane glorie maar het was netjes, schoon en het ontbijt was prima."

"The staff was exceptionally kind! And they allowed us to leave our bags with them after we checked out. The only thing to be aware of is like almost everything else on Capri it is on a narrow road without a sidewalk Our room had a spectacular view of the Marina Grande!!! I would highly recommend this hotel."
