"Deben trabajar el desayuno. La seccion de huevos fritos, revueltos etc no estaba caliente. No habian tostadas ni tostador para el pan. Habia que reclamar el café al servicio, por favor pongan cafe y leche para que el huesped pueda servirse exactamente el cafe como lo quiera sin tener que dar mil explicaciones y recibir cualquier otra cosa. Yogurt griego y avena no hubiesen estado mal tampoco."

In corso i lavori per la ripresa stagionale, si tratta di un hotel a conduzione famigliare e siamo stati trattati con il corrispondente calore. La camera pare oggetto di recente restyling ed è molto pulita e silenziosa. La chicca è il lunghissimo balcone interamente vista mare. Colazione standard."

Die Anlage ist gut erreichbar, sehr gepflegt, durchdacht angelegt und alle Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ruhig gelegen und aufgrund der Länge bestens zum Schwimmen geeignet. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."

"I loved this hotel. It’s right next to the gate into the historic section of Noto. It’s either brand new or recently remodeled. Everything is up to date. There’s an elevator and a rooftop terrace. I stayed three nights. Breakfast is made to order. I left a bag at a restaurant and a hotel staff member went and got it for me! I would absolutely stay again. "

"Everything at san Carlo was perfect- couldn’t’ have asked for a more pleasant stay and we’ve been to many short term stays in about 40 countries. Breakfast was full and varied to suit all tastes and absolutely tasty. The suites are large and inviting. No linens were fresh and the bed extremely comfortable. Want to linger there is a cafe next to the entrance but not a sound penetratked the suite. All in all marvellous."
