"Vários problemas... Fiquei três noites. Na manhã da primeira noite alguém colocou fogo em um quarto do 15 andar... Até aí nenhuma responsabilidade do hotel... A água desceu pelo elevador e escadas(até o 10º andar, onde estava hospedado). Com os elevadores inoperantes perguntamos se iria retornar ..."
