Khách sạn Picard , Portsmouth

"Pictures very misleading, the lake was too abandoned to go near, there is no water park, the restaurant only served breakfast (not lunch and dinner like advertised), no hot springs. I ended up staying in my room all three days. The staff were really nice but I can tell they knew I felt scammed. I’ve contacted Expedia for some type of compensation twice and they said they’d reach back but no answer. Very disappointed. A waste of alot of money."

"New elevator very helpful, very friendly serving staff, clean rooms every day is rare, great food. Very good business week. I’m a repeat customer."

"It is a quiet area, staff is very friendly, the town very very. We was visiting ACSOM so very close to campus. "

"Good"

"It was a nice stay, they were very quick in responding if I needed anything."

"I enjoyed the stay here in the village. I visited in the evening a restaurant in the neighborhood and all people there were very nice. "

It took 30 very stressful minutes to source a driver to get us there, arriving almost as check in closed. No apology was made for...

"Spot is great. Staff even better. Very cute place. My favorite on its tier in Dominica. Food is also delicious!"

"If you are planning to travel to Dominica for the best views of the country’s nature. Then this is the resort for you. There are many various type flowers and trees all surrounding the property. Landscapers to pride and maintain them every morning. Have no fear of bugs. I didn’t see any bugs or rodents or mosquitoes during my stay. Rooms were nice with good views all around. Rooms have both 120V and 220V power! The beach was a short walk and even has sites for sea turtles. No complaints on my...
