"When we arrived at the room we immediately noticed that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. When we let the front desk know and they immediately came an put up a clean fresh curtain with their apologies. That was very nice. There is no elevator to the second floor and we had some problems with the stairs. Staff loading up breakfast used bare hands to touch food. Room was dirty, had chips all over the carpet, had to have it cleaned. Bathroom had hair in all the corners and behind the toilet. No proper bedding just multiple flat sheets on both beds. Pool and pool deck had so much hair everywhere."

"Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay."
