"This hotel is fine. It serves its purpose and not much more. It is clean, but it’s just starting to get run down. The water is LOUD coming out of the faucets. The water dispenser is part of the juice machine and my husband wanted to fill a cup of water to bring back to the room but the machine was off. When we asked at the front desk they said it’s only on in the morning. We asked if there was another way to get some water and they didn’t even get up from their seats in the inside office...

"We ended up staying three nights, not once was the room was cleaned. We had to ask for towels every day and then had to go get them from the front desk. The so called breakfast was disgusting everyday. I wanted to French vanilla creamer, which was there on Monday morning. I had to ask for some on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, and they gave me what they wanted me to have, I couldn’t select how much I wanted for my coffee."

"Simple, clean, coffee, water (by the gym) available all day... Ample parking. Coffee is a great perk when leaving at 4 am for a flight. If you don't need to be walking distance from AU, hands down best pick, if the hotel itself is the priority and not the warm fuzzy welcome. Definitely would stay again. Much better than other area hotels. Including previously stayed at townplace suites and the graduate. I would stay here again, would not stay at either of the other places again. And if...
