"Enjoyed our stay! Would stay here again!"

"I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience!"

"Staff very rude, renovations happening, most rooms given to construction crew who were working and staying on-site. Older guests and business guests asked to climb multiple flights of steps without regard to heat or physical abilities. Very poor planning by management."

"The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners. "

"Our stay at Element Hotel at LakePoint was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The bathroom and kitchen were dirty, and the bedding had a strange odor that made the room feel anything but fresh. The restaurant was equally disappointing. "The hallways need to be painted and ice machines only had ice 1 day. Our room wall around the A/C unit need the gap filled in and painted. For the most part the beds were ok and the water in the shower was was hot."

"the best part of our recent stay at the Baymont was the helpful front desk staff. Everything else was awful...the first room we were in had dirty bed sheets and black mold in the bathroom, the second room had no hot water and more mold in the refrigerator, the third room was fine. the swimming pool was not open, it was filthy and obviously hasn't been properly cared for. the lifting machines in the weight room were broken. the vending machines were out of order. there were fruit flies in the...
