"I had an overall terrible experience. I travel for work, and I had become terribly ill and needed a place to stay in Greensboro for a few days to recuperate. I booked a room online using Expedia for Saturday February 28th to Monday March 2nd. When I arrived to the hotel, the manager checked me in. "The first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it."
