"What an amazing light, bright, huge and modern apartment. Our 2BR was on the 1st floor with one bedroom facing the Wisła river and one the street. The washer was amazing to have and there were even 2 pods supplied. The hang dryer was sizable, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and parking was perfect to have available. Shower was lovely and kitchen was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Next time would like to consider the top floor that has a balcony!"

"Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. There is no A/C but the window opens wide to allow any breeze in. Overall,...

"Very very good location. Cute, clean and nice room. No fridge. Sound can be transferred between rooms if you have noisy neighbor. "

"Portal House apartments are in a super location only 300 meters from Old Town square literally a three or four minute walk. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Like MANY places in Europe the building has air conditioning but each individual room doesn't control it. Having said that I left yesterday and it was 93 degrees and the room was comfortable better than other places I've stayed as far as room temperature. "

"Absolutely fantastic apartment in this Aparthotel with amazing breakfast. Location was lovely and quiet and so close to the old town of Krakow. A couple of shops very close to get any beers or snacks. Super friendly and helpful staff, always got a taxi in a couple of minutes."

"Our apartment was spacious with all the amenities needed to cook a meal. There was a separate living room and bedroom. It was nice to have so many large windows to open for fresh air. There was a great market nearby and a beer garden along the river with a fire pit for cooking kielbasa. The walk to the city center, the Jewish area, and the fortress is very reasonable. There is also free laundry facilities available on site. Highly recommend all around."
