"The place is under construction, you had to drive around through a rear construction zone to get in there. There was no room service. I shouldn’t have paid full price for that hotel stay I have nothing but good to say about the staff. This has nothing to do with the people that work there. It’s all about ownership management charging me full price for a less than full product. I literally should get a refund of at least 50%."

"Traveling for work, required a quick overnight stay. 8P - 4a. Selected hotel because of the proximity to airport. I walked over from Terminal 1, 45 minutes. The property looks completely run down on the outside. Parking lot trash cans were over flowing, the pool fence had black mold caked over it, the sliding doors into the hotel barely opened, and once in - this place smells absolutely disgusting. You can visible see the carpet is stained, mildew soaked, and the front desk staff was working...
