"Staff was friendly, room was very nice, and the location was great. I’d definitely stay here again, just not on the ground floor. Our suite was half a block from the lobby/cafe which proved annoying as it was rainy one day. The pool is nice, and was quiet tho only 2’10” and the “poolside menu” was pickup only, near the lobby. Parking lots ($20/day) were both a block away."

"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!"

"I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others."
